Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
Confirmed services cancelled more than 14 days prior to commencement of service, will incur no charge. Confirmed services cancelled between 14 days and 48 hours prior to commencement of service, will be charged at 25% of the rate. Confirmed services cancelled within 48 hours prior to commencement of service or no-shows, will be charged at 100% of the rate. We recommend our clients have travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
GROUP POLICY
Contact us for tailored rates to suit larger groups or special interest groups. Additional cancellation policies will apply to groups of more than eight people.
