Cancellation Policy

Confirmed services canceled more than 21 days prior to commencement of service, will incur no charge. Confirmed services canceled between 21 days and 7 days prior to commencement of service, will be charged at 50% of the rate. Confirmed services canceled within 7 days  prior to commencement of service or no-shows, will be charged at 100% of the rate. We recommend your clients have travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances and weather events or pandemic events

Group Policy

Contact us for tailored rates to suit larger groups or special interest groups. Additional cancellation policies will apply to groups of more than eight people.
